 Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

You may request a refund or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation).

Non-Refundable Items

Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Customized or altered/stitched clothing

  • Items bought on sale or discount

  • Accessories (scarves, jewelry, etc.)

  • Items returned without original packaging or found in used condition

 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via email at info@binijaz.store with your order number and reason for the exchange.

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. If eligible, you will be asked to ship the item to our return address.

  4. After inspection, your replacement item will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

 Refund Method

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the fault lies on our end.
