Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product details, images, prices, and descriptions are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in color may occur due to photography or screen resolution. BIN IJAZ reserves the right to modify product availability or specifications without notice.

Orders & Payments

Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully completed (excluding Cash on Delivery, where available). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incomplete information, payment issues, or stock unavailability. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, COD, and other options shown at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days within Pakistan. While we work with reliable courier services, BIN IJAZ is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of a mistake on our part.

Return & Exchange

Customers can request returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. For full details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and custom-stitched garments are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, graphics, and clothing designs belong to BIN IJAZ. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or misuse may result in legal action.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate shipping, contact, and payment information. BIN IJAZ will not be held responsible for losses caused by incorrect information provided during checkout.

Limitation of Liability

BIN IJAZ is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and courts of the country.
